Instead, the channel needs to focus on offering higher-value consultative services.
The research for this report was carried out in April 2024 via an online survey. Respondents come from a range of organisations, including managed print services (MPS) providers, office equipment providers, distributors, and other organisations involved in the print channel. In total, 63 companies completed the survey.
