MPS Brand Perception, 2024

As in previous years, Quocirca surveyed senior IT managers who were responsible for decisions relating to managed print services in the UK, France, Germany, and the US. The research covered 500 enterprises with 250 or more employees already using a managed print service. Organisations with 250 to 499 employees were classed as small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), those with 500 to 999 employees as mid-size organisations, and those with 1,000 or more employees as large organisations. It is worth bearing in mind that previous studies did not include SMBs, which could make drawing direct comparisons to previous reports inaccurate. The survey was conducted online using an email invitation and an online survey and fielded during July and August 2024.

In this report, we examine how respondents rate MPS vendors based on the strength of their offer when considering their full capabilities, including fleet optimisation, proactive monitoring, and document workflow services. Please note that this is used as one criterion among several others when creating the Quocirca MPS Vendor Landscape.
